1Select a size
European sizes do not exactly match Australian sizes so just select the closest to your usual shoe size. If the style you choose is not available in half sizes or if your foot is wide select half a size larger.

2Measure your foot length and width
Please supply us with the measurements of your foot, following the example shown at right. There is no need to send us the actual outline of your foot unless you want to. Just make sure you have measured it correctly. This outline should be done by someone other than yourself with the pen held vertically (ie. not at an angle).

Measure across the widest part of your foot, which is usually your bunion area. This is your width (A). Measure from the tip of the toe to your heel. This is your length (B).

If there is anything else you feel you should mention about your feet, please do. We will do our best with the measurements you supply, so please make sure they are accurate.

* Heel Height
Please note that at Deseo the measurements for the heel are taken from the top of the heel (where you see the connection of the heel to the back of the shoe) to the very bottom of the heel.
