NO HASSLE RETURNS POLICY
Deseo wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.
We will accept returns of goods bought at www.deseo.com.au that have not been worn, used or damaged for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of the invoice date. This excludes sales items, jewellery, hair accessories and handbags. Shoes on sale may be exchanged for a different size or a different style but they are not entitled to a refund.
Internet orders from Sydney are not entitled to a refund but may be exchanged for a different size or a different style. Please remember to keep your receipt.
Kindly note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when returning an item. Shipping costs are not refundable with the exception of a faulty item.
