Let's face it, dyeable shoes and handbags are a life saver and a lot of fun. Match or coordinate the colour of your bridesmaids, flower girls and mother of the bride dresses with a stunning pair of colourful shoes. Dye your bridal shoes to match your fiance's tie. Own a pair of sexy heels in a unique colour like Lemon, Victorian Lilac, Royal Blue or Emerald that will make you the envy of all your shoe loving friends!

Outlined below are the 3 different dye services we offer.

KINDLY NOTE THAT DESEO ONLY DYES PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OUR STORE.

SERVICE A: DYE TO DESEO'S STANDARD COLOUR CHART

Price: $25

Timing: Please allow 2 weeks for the whole process to complete, as the shoes need to be sent back and forth.

Step 1: Purchase your shoes online at deseo.com.au

Step 2: Select a colour from our standard colour chart (click here).

Step 3: Download our Service A: Dye Form (click here). Please read through it, complete as required and sign. Please post, fax back to us at (02) 8080 8336 or scan and email 'colourstudio@deseo.com.au'.

Step 4: A swatch of your chosen colour in the same fabric as the shoes purchased will be posted to you for approval, together with your newly purchased shoes. (We send the shoes before dyeing just to make sure they fit correctly because once the shoes are dyed, they are non-refundable).

Step 5: Post the shoes back to Deseo at the customer's expense.

Step 6: Upon approval of the swatch, our colourist will hand dye your shoes and post them back to you. A postage charge applies for items on sale.

* If you cannot decide which colour you like best, you can order more than one swatch for a small additional charge of $5 per swatch.

SERVICE B: DYE TO MATCH COLOUR SWATCH

Price: $55

Timing: Please allow 3 weeks for the whole process to complete, as the shoes need to be sent back and forth.

Step 1: Purchase your shoes online at deseo.com.au

Step 2: Provide a 2" x 2" fabric swatch that you want to colour match. Make sure that the swatch is made up of a single tone fabric as two-tone fabrics cannot be matched.

Step 3: Download our Service B: Dye Form (click here). Please read through it, complete as required and sign. Please post this form to us together with your swatch from Step 2.

Step 4: A swatch in the same fabric as the shoes purchased will be posted to you for approval, together with your newly purchased shoes. (We send the shoes before dyeing just to make sure they fit correctly because once the shoes are dyed, they are non-refundable).

Step 5: Post the shoes back to Deseo at the customer's expense.

Step 6: Upon approval of the swatch, our colourist will hand dye your shoes and post them back to you. A postage charge applies for items on sale.

* If any modification to the swatch is required, one new swatch will be send free of charge.

* Any further modifications to the swatch can be made for an additional charge of $15 per swatch.

SERVICE C: DYE WORN SHOES OR RE-DYE TO DESEO'S STANDARD COLOUR CHART

Price: $45

Timing: Please allow 2 weeks for the whole process to complete, as the shoes need to be sent back and forth.

Step 1: Select a colour from our standard colour chart (click here). Please note that we do not match colour swatches for previously dyed or worn shoes.

Step 2: Download our Service C: Dye Form (click here). Please read through it, complete as required and sign. Please post, fax back to us at (02) 8080 8336 or scan and email 'colourstudio@deseo.com.au'.

Step 4: A swatch of your chosen colour in the same fabric as your shoes will be posted to you only if needed however please note that the dyes used have a water-colour base so the actual colour of the shoe (dyed or worn) will affect the final colour. Deseo can only guarantee the result in black; any other colour may look different from the swatch provided.

Step 5: Post or bring your shoes back to Deseo together with your proof of purchase from Deseo. Only shoes purchased from our store are eligible for Service C.

Step 6: Upon approval of the swatch, our colourist will hand dye your shoes and post them back to you.

* Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of sending the shoes to and from Deseo.

* If you cannot decide which colour you like best, you can order more than one swatch for a small additional charge of $5 per swatch.

* Only shoes that have NOT been sprayed with a fabric protector or water-proofing spray can be re-dyed.

WHICH SERVICE IS BETTER FOR ME?

If you are trying to complement the colour of your dress we recommend Service A. If you are after a really close match to a particular colour we recommend Service B.

Please note that it is not possible to switch between services if you change your mind after receiving the dyed swatch.

Not sure which service to choose? You can order just a colour swatch (from the Standard Colour chart) for $5 per swatch when you purchase your shoes, and decide later which service you would like. (* No swatches will be sent without purchasing shoes from Deseo beforehand. The price of the swatches is not subsequently deductible from the shoe dye service fee.)
