Australian Dollars (AUD)
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST of 10%. Overseas customers will be charged this price in AUD dollars at the exchange rate that is current at the time of the transaction.
Overseas
In addition to the purchase price, the following transport charges apply to overseas orders:
- Overseas excluding New Zealand: $50AUD per item
- For New Zealand orders: $35AUD per item
All charges will be processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) at the exchange rate at the time of transaction. Deseo is not liable for any import taxes that may apply to the delivery of your order. We will only accept credit card payment from overseas customers.
Transport charges may be subject to change.
Conformity of Goods
While every effort is made to ensure the descriptions, pictures and specifications of the goods are accurate, we cannot accept any responsibility for minor discrepancies.
Credit card security and process
Deseo accepts the following forms of credit card payment for online purchases:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
Your order and credit card details are sent to us via a secure link from our website and can only be accessed by Deseo.
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be dispatched. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
If the shoes you order are out of stock or the transaction is not authorised we will contact you.
Tracking your order
- An acknowledgement email is sent to you when you place your order
- Once we have confirmed we have your order in stock, charged your credit card and are ready to dispatch you will receive a second email confirming that your order is on it's way, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

Product Availabilty
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Normally products are in stock and are available for dispatch. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers or the product may have sold out. If this is the case, we will notify you.
