DÉSEO aims to provide an easy and 'no fuss' process for shipping, and payment processing. See below the full details regarding our Terms & Conditions, Shipping and Credit Card policies.



Please note that returns from Afterpay purchases are not entitled to a refund, however an exchange can be offered.


We offer FREE DELIVERY within Australia by Australian Parcel Post for orders over $130.

If you are not happy with the shoes you can either exchange them or get a refund. IMPORTANT: Exchanges and Refunds exclude; accessories, sale items, and dyed shoes.

If an exchange or refund is needed the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back.

Please note that free shipping only applies to the first order of each customer. If you wish to exchange your shoes (for a different style or size) we will charge standard shipping for the new pair.

If you order small items with your shoes (e.g jewellery, shoe clips or foot care products) they will be sent at no extra cost. Please don't hesitate to contact us at if you have any doubt.


New Zealand orders will have a flat $40 postage fee for any order or exchange and are exempt of GST. 

For other International orders, we will provide a shipping quote upon your request.


Whilst we endeavour to have your chosen style in stock, occasionally we do run low on stock, so please note that there may be a waiting period of up to 3 weeks. Please contact us prior to check stock availability if your order is urgent.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.


All the orders are sent by Australian Parcel Post (Online tracking and delivery in 2+ days) within 24 hours if the item is in stock.

IMPORTANT: If you are not at home when the parcel addressed to you is delivered, if possible, it will be left in a safe place at your house. If you are concerned about the security of your order, kindly contact us to provide a Signature on delivery service. DÉSEO will not be responsible for items lost once they have been dropped at the delivery address specified in your order.

You can upgrade to:

* Australia Parcel Post plus Signature on delivery (Online tracking, delivery in 2+ days and signature on delivery)

* Australian Express Post service (Online tracking and next business day delivery within the Express Post network - Please note this is not an overnight delivery service. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours if the item is in stock)

* Australian Express Post plus Signature on delivery (Online tracking, next business day delivery within the Express Post network and signature on delivery. Please note this is not an overnight delivery service. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours if the item is in stock))

DÉSEO will not be responsible for delays within the Australia Post network and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.


An acknowledgement email is sent to you when you place your order.

Once we have confirmed that we have the item in stock and processed payment, your order will be ready for dispatch and you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been processed.

While every effort is made to ensure the descriptions, pictures and specifications of the goods are accurate, we cannot accept any responsibility for minor discrepancies. Please note the terminology for whites and ivories is not standard so the ivories and whites colours vary between fabrics and manufacturers. Silk is a natural fabric so normally white shoes made of silk have an off-white shade in contrast to the pure white and more reflective nature of white satin shoes.


All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars and subject to GST of 10%.

DÉSEO accepts most credit card payments (including VISA & MASTERCARD) in addition to PayPal.

Note we take payment authorisation only at time of checkout. In the event there is a discrepancy with the shipping cost we will be in contact via email. We will also contact you if the items you order are out of stock or the transaction is not authorised.
